A special day

Today was Thomas' Christening day.

What a precious gift he is to our family.

I love PJ's face in this one.

Father Pat always presents the babies to the congregation after a baptism. I love that he does this.

Thomas is blessed to have our friend, Dan, as his Godfather

and his Auntie Alyson as his Godmother.

Uncle Matt has a way with the babies.

The cake was beautiful and delicious! I'm not sure whether to be happy or sad that we had a good amount to bring home. I have zero willpower when it comes to buttercream.

Love this picture of Aunt Devon cuddling Thomas.

We had a wonderful time with family and friends

and feel truly blessed!

Baby Thomas

Four weeks old.

Our little man is not so little. He started out big and never looked back. Born at 8 lbs., 15 oz., he left the hospital at 8 lbs. 8 oz. Two weeks later, he was 10 lbs. 13 oz.

At his one month appointment, he was 12 lbs. 6 oz. Can you say beefalo?

My boy likes to eat.

Five weeks old.

We are so thankful that he has been a great sleeper so far. He's usually asleep by 9 p.m. and wakes only twice between then and 6 a.m., giving me some nice long stretches. I'm nowhere near as sleep-deprived as I was with the first two boys.

I have three boys.

Sometimes I just say that sentence out loud to myself because I can't believe it's true.

Six weeks old.

I just took this last picture this morning. I grabbed these St. Paddy's day jammies in the middle of the night because he'd wet the ones he was wearing, and I can't stand how cute they look.

Things are a little chaotic around here sometimes, but we are feeling extremely blessed to have such a happy, healthy baby!

Sandbox season

The weather has been beautiful here this week - a big difference from the last post which, I see, was a whole month ago. Sorry about that. It's been a little crazy.

Anyway, we've had the windows open, taken lots of walks, and opened the sandbox for the first time this year.

The boys were so thrilled to get outside and run around! How adorable are they in their baseball caps and spring jackets?

(I can't believe these cuties are my kids. Somebody pinch me.)

We're looking forward to more warmer weather!
