It still doesn't feel all that Christmassy around here, so I've been listening to Christmas music to get me in the mood.
(I think putting up some decorations and losing the pumpkins might help too.)
Anyway, while I like the more popular carols, I tend to enjoy the melodies of some of the lesser-known carols. Bring a Torch Jeanette, Isabella, and the Coventry Carol are two examples.
For you classical music afficianados out there, I also really love Poulenc's four Christmas motets.
I have a hard time picking a favorite, but I think it might be O Come, O Come Emmanuel.
What's yours?

O Holy Night, sung by a choir (not a single artist) is my all-time favorite carol. It's downright chilling when sung by a choir.
Runner up is Carol of the Bells: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6TL1ll4nWo
Little Drummer Boy ... maybe ... Silent Night ... so hard, one leads to another and another.
Oh, so hard to choose... I love Santa Baby by Eartha Kitt. Also love anything by Bing Crosby or Louis Armstrong or Ella Fitzgerald... Oh, or Chanticleer (amazing all male choir--seriously, check it out, beautiful stuff). I really just love Christmas music. I generally take it out around September... :)
My top 3:
Sleigh Ride
Silver Bells
Baby, It's Cold Outside
