I've had more than one hard drive put into my computer in the last year. I bought it new in 2004, and sometimes this laptop seems ancient - maybe there's really a baby pterodactyl in there pecking the words onto a stone tablet like the Flintstones might have.
Because of these hardware updates, I'm never sure which photos are on here and which are on the external drive. A quick peek at the ones on here this morning yielded some favorites that I thought I'd share.
On my first trip to Paris, I used film and my Canon Rebel. I'm so glad I did!
Here are a few favorites from that trip:

Then, I saw that my engagement pictures are on here.
The story of us ended rather abruptly, I know, and what I didn't tell you is that Patrick proposed to me while we were in Ireland. I love that he had the forethought to have me hand my camera to someone standing nearby at the Cliffs of Moher for what I thought would just be a posed picture of the two of us.
He got down on one knee and she started snapping. Not many people have photos of their engagement. These are priceless.

The question of the day today is: where is the furthest you've traveled from your home?
For me, it was Amsterdam.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the engagement photos. Mine happened in our apartment on a random night. I always wanted something staged and romantic, but...that's my husband for ya...totally random.
Furthest I have been from home, HAWAII!!!
